On Wednesday, January 10, it was reported in the media that the Registry Court did not approve the application to make changes to the management and supervisory board of TVP, which was announced by the Minister of Culture before the company went into liquidation. The main information service of the television was silent on this information at 19.30. The head of “19.30” Pavel Pluska refuses to comment on this issue.
The 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Registry in Warsaw rejected the application of, among others, Tomasz Sigut as a member of the National Court Registry's Management Board, because the Court Secretary Tomasz Kosub found that the Resolution on the appointment of the members of the Supervisory Board and the Resolution of the Supervisory Board on the appointment of the Board of Governors received was an unauthorized body.

According to the Ministry of Culture, “the court referee's decision (…) not to state the application for making changes in the company regarding changing the composition of the supervisory board of TVP SA (currently in liquidation) is not there.” Final”, the statement of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage reads.
