The Ministry of Finance has made an official request to Google Polska for information on the false publication of the zloty exchange rate. He announced this on his X platform profile.
“The Ministry of Finance has officially requested Google Polska to provide information on: – the reasons for yesterday's false publication regarding the zloty exchange rate and – what actions it will take to prevent similar situations in the future,” the ministry wrote.
The request is a reaction to Monday's events. On January 1, currency indexes on Google's search engine indicated a sudden decrease in the value of the Polish zloty.
