Bodnar: There are ways
Prime Minister Donald Tusk, while commenting on the income of TVP's leading journalists, wrote “probably yes”.
What does the Minister of Justice think about this? – I think there are ways to return the money they received, we have provisions in the Civil Code that allow people to indicate that the compensation for certain issues was inconsistent with the principles of social coexistence. It is a rather difficult procedure, but it is not impossible, said Adam Bodnar on the air of TVN24.
“I think that first of all the court should decide on this with its decision, it should present an appropriate lawsuit, but I think that this type of possibilities should be taken into account,” the head of the Ministry of Justice continued when asked whether money should be taken from “people who presented themselves as journalists.” ” or to the board of directors who agreed to such funds.
