Rafal Bochenek: If Mr. Grodzki has nothing to reproach, he should not be afraid, but should appear at the prosecutor's office and give an explanation. It is clear that he is trying to hide behind immunity and does not want to face the truth. People who perform such important public functions should be transparent, apart from such suspicions, especially corruption.

The prosecutor's office investigated this, the proceedings were ongoing for some time, and charges were brought against him. We remind you that Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro is no longer the Minister of Justice, Mr. Adam Bodnar. The fact that the prosecutor's office is now taking this type of action also proves something and is important. The case is very serious and clearly involves a criminal offence.
Does the fact that the case is brought by the CBA show that this institution is needed in Poland?
