The decision of the Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs Chamber of the Supreme Court means that the decision of the Speaker of the Seimas, Shimon Holovnia, regarding the expiration of the mandate of the deputy Maciej Vasik was annulled.
The case of Mariusz Kaminski is still being considered in the Supreme Court.
