The first edition of “Teleexpress” was hosted by Maciej Orłości – a journalist who hosted this program for 25 years (screen: Tvp.pl)
On Thursday at 5 pm, Teleexpress appeared on public television for the first time since the changes to TVP 1. It was hosted by Maciej Orłości. He initially said he was coming back “after a short 7.5-year hiatus.”
– As Zbigniew Wodecki sang, “I like to go back to where I've been,” Mackay Orloszczy said. Then he assured that “Teleexpress” will travel “fast, light, dynamic and reliable”.
With a slightly changed opening, “Teleexpress” presented the most important events of the day in a short form. Among others:
- winter chaos
- Parliamentary mandates of Vesik and Kaminski,
- housing loans,
- tensions in the middle east
- Ukraine under attack
- Scania stops production in Poland.
And also on a lighter topic:
- word of the year 2023,
- Meeting Mickey Mouse “Who Quit Disney”
- World Braille Day.
“Stacja internet” is a new format in “Teleexpress” – the second part of the program shows a short video from social media. There was also a musical part, but without Marek Sierok: it was announced, among other things, about the new Green Day album.
The program ended with a review of sports events.

In addition to Maciej Orłoś, the program is also hosted by Aleksandra Kostrzewska (formerly known to viewers as Rosiak).
The news programs – “Wiadomości”, “Teleexpress” and “Panorama” – were removed from the TVP antennas on Wednesday, December 20, after a change in management in the company. “Wiadomości” will be replaced by “19.30” service from Thursday, December 21.
As we wrote earlier, Danuta Dobrzynska, who worked at public television in 1997-2016, became the head of the new editorial office of Teleexpress TVP 1. He headed “Teleexpress” and “Panorama” and was the manager of the foreign editorial office. Since late 2019, he has been associated with the Lewiatan Confederation, most recently as Director of the Communications Department.
Maciej Orłości managed “Teleexpress” for 25 years. In addition, TVP hosted the programs “Eye to eye” and “A to Polska exactly!”. Also the magazines “Patara Kultura”, “Pociąg do Kultury” and “Cooltura” and the disabled program “Friends”. After leaving TVP, he joined the team of the Wirtualna Polska TV channel. In 2018, he launched his YouTube channel. Then he collaborated with Radio Zet, Internet RadioSpacja and Radio Nowy Świat.
