It's a bit like violence – you endure, endure, but at some point your inner self, your inner person, gets so angry and demands freedom – said the artist, who confessed his faith a few years ago and said that he had brought it on himself. Ecological ostracism. – Fortunately, there is Christ and the Church, i.e. believers. We can support each other and pray for each other, he said in 2017.
Now the singer changed his mind. He said that Religion can have a negative effect on a person – thanks to this, as he claims, it is easy to feel better than others. – I don't know from theory how religion can tear off the beret, but from full experience. I hurt people. I thought I knew better. (…) Today I am in a place where I respect other people's opinion, said Natalia Niemen.
Niemen about Christmas
The daughter of the legendary singer Czeslaw Niemen also spoke about how they celebrate Christmas at home.
– We have never had twelve dishes, I only cook a few dishes. It's just good, you can be lazy and sit, – he says. He also returned to his childhood. – Father was always mysterious. Sometimes it was unavailable, sometimes it was available. Every year we were threatened that there would be no Christmas tree, because it was not ecological, why people cut down these poor trees. My sister and I were scared because it was 3-4 o'clock and there was no Christmas tree. Suddenly, without telling anyone, Dad leaves the house and brings the Christmas tree around 5 p.m., Nieman recalls.
