In the finals of the ATP tennis tournament in the Australian city of Brisbane, the second-ranked Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov defeated the best Danish Holger Rooney 7-6 (7-5), 6-4.
The 32-year-old Dimitrov, ranked No. 14 in the WTA rankings, won her ninth career title, but her first since November 2017, when she won the ATP Finals in London. Runa, 12 years younger than me, is ranked eighth in the world, having won four tournaments.
