On Monday, the Warsaw-Śródmieście District Court decided not to accept the statements of Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Vesik. Refusal to initiate enforcement proceedings. At the same time, the judge decided to prepare statements to send both law and justice politicians to prison, where they face two years of imprisonment.

Rafal Bochenek said the Warsaw court's decision is “scandalous and outrageous” and is another example of “disrespect for the law and constitutional principles, including the right of the president to pardon, by the current team of Tusk and Holovnia”.

“This decision violates the principle of separation of powers and confirms the political subordination of the court that issued such an order to the Tusk government.
