The revolution in public media began on December 20. Minister Bartlomiej Sienkiewicz dismissed the presidents of Polish Television, Polish Radio and the Polish Press Agency. The new management boards of the companies were elected by the new supervisory boards appointed by the minister. Less than an hour after the announcement of the Ministry of Culture, TVP Info and TVP3 stopped broadcasting (instead, TVP1 and TVP2 started broadcasting). A few minutes later, the station's website also disappeared. On December 27, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage decided to stage them in liquidation.

TVN journalists move to TVP Info
According to the Wirtualne Media portal, Patryk Kaźmierczak and Magdalena Fusiek are the next journalists to join TVN Warner Bros. Discovery for Polish TV. Journalists of the new TVP Info worked at the previous station for 19 and 17 years, respectively. Kaźmierczak created, among others, “Fakty po Południu”, “Wstańsz iWiedzy TVN24” or “Teleserwis”. Fuziek worked, among others, in the program “Direct from Poland”.
– I moved from the position of senior editor of TVN24 to the position of publisher of TVP Info. My colleague from the position of senior editor/reporter becomes the head of editors and scrolling departments – said Patrick Kaczmierczak in an interview with Wirtualnemedia.pl.
TVN employees took over “7:30” on TVP
These are the next transfers from TVN to Telewizja Polska, following Joanna Dunikowska-Paži and Zbigniew Luczynski.
Dunikovska-Paži made her debut as the host of the program “19.30” on December 23. The journalist has been associated with TVN24 since 2020 and has been appearing regularly since then. Viewers could watch him mainly in the morning band of the station, including the program “WSTAsz i pozna”. Dunikowska-Pae worked for TVP and TVP Info several years ago.
Luchinsky has been in the editorial office of “19.30” for several days. He acts as a host there. He worked at TVN from 2006 to 2023. He ran the interventionist magazine “Uwaga!”. He left the program in July 2023.
The manager of “19.30” is Pavel Pluska, a TVN reporter for many years.
Wirtualne Media's website recalls that after leaving, TVN employees could quickly start working in the renewed public media because they were freed from the non-competition ban that is standard at the company for half a year.
