Publicis Worldwide Poland announces promotions and changes in creative structure (Photo: press materials)
The Publicis Worldwide agency is making changes to the creative team – the current heads of the creative group, Tomasz Ziemiaski and Pawel Murawski, will be promoted to the positions of associate creative directors. Karolina Nidzielska-Grucka and Marek Gorecki become the heads of the new creative team, and Joanna Bednarkiewicz takes over as creative coordinator.
Ziemiaski and Murawski support Dagmara Witek-Kuśmider, Chief Creative Officer, in creating the highest creative quality in the market and implementing the latest cultural and technological trends.
Ziemiaski is the co-author, among others, of campaigns for BNP Paribas, Renault, Orange, Prudential, Nationale Nederlanden, Vectra, PGE, co-author of the KIDS Foundation campaign and the “World's Youngest Headhunter” idea and the deep fake technology-based project “A. The Bad Case About Vaccination” “.
He has won Cannes Lions, Mixx Awards Europe, Golden Drum, Cresta, Caples, Effie, Gerety Awards and many more. 14 years ago, he started his career in advertising at the Publicis agency, continued at Scholtz&Friends and returned to Publicis in 2017. He was the head of the creative group from 2021.
Muravski develops tools, processes and products using artificial intelligence at the agency. He is the co-author of the campaign “The Poor Case on Vaccination” and multiple winner and finalist of the Young Creative Skin and Young Creative Eurobest creative contests, as well as the Kreatura jury. At the beginning of his career, he was associated with a start-up environment, where he was mainly engaged in UI/UX design. He then joined Publicis, first as art director and designer, and from 2021 group head. He has been the creative leader of Sanofi for a year now.
Karolina Niedzielska-Grutsa is an art director with 13 years of experience and has been associated with the public for 8 years. He has received the following awards: KTR, Golden Drum, Golden Arrow, Effie, Epica, Innovation, Mixx Awards, Kreatura, as well as the award for Social Campaign of the Year. Among others, he worked for: Orange, L'Oréal, BNP Paribas, Oreo, PZU, Unilever, Nikon, Kompania Piwowarska, Sanofi and Nice To Fit You.
Marek Gorecki has been working at Publicis Worldwide since 2021 as a senior copywriter. He was previously associated with the agencies LiquidThread, Heart & Brain, Bees & Honey, OS3/H2O. He has completed projects for, among others: Media Markt, TVN, BRW, Wonga, Coca-Cola, Bakalland, Grupa Żywiec, Browar Lubelski, Stock Spirits Group and Leclerc.
Joanna Bednarkiewicz's new tasks include creative oversight of KIDS Foundation communications and coordination of competition processes. Bednarkiewicz has received awards and honors from KTR, Innovation, Golden Drum and Effie. Recently, together with his team, he created a Christmas card for Publicis Group and Foundation based on the idea of eAI (emotional artificial intelligence), he coordinated the preparations for the international conference European Pediatric Days KIDS, he is also the initiator. Mentor of “Bad Case on Vaccination” and young creative talent. In 2022, he was a jury of the Genius Universitatis competition.
The head of the active creative group, Bartosz Jeglejewski, is leaving the agency after 7 years of cooperation. The decision is related to his new professional challenges.
The result of the creation of a new structure and challenges is the opening of the recruitment process in the creative department. A senior copywriter, UX writer and creative team will be joining Publicis Worldwide in the near future.
