At the premiere, after a balanced start, the hosts gained an advantage (11:8). The Yastrze team made up for the loss after Tomas Fornal's two service ace (14:14), but in the end the initiative belonged to the Las Palmas team again (22:19). The visitors got in touch when Fornal scored an ace again (23:22), but the CV Guaguas team kept their advantage and the last point was given to them by a missed serve of their opponents (25:23).

Jastrzębski Wegiel volleyball players approached the second set with much more concentration. They improved reception, played more effectively in attack and achieved a solid advantage in the middle part of the set (14:18). Finally, they controlled the situation and added two points with a block – one at the end of the set (19:25).

The beginning of the third set was good for the Jastrzebie team (2:5), but their advantage disappeared very quickly (9:9). In the middle part of the set, the hosts looked better and scored five points after Juan Pablo Moreno's attack (19:14). The guests started to fight and finally managed to score 23:22. However, the last two points went to the Las Palmas team – with a block of points, the score was 25:22.

In the fourth set, CV Guaguas volleyball players dominated from the beginning (7:4). The Jastrzebie-Zdroi team could not find a way out for their well-disposed opponents, and as a result, the score was clearly different in the middle of the set (20:11). In the end, the Las Palmas team controlled the situation. After a strong attack from the transfer ball, the hosts celebrated a sensational but well-deserved victory (25:15).
