Katarzyna Pelczynska, head of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, said that the Academy of Social and Media Culture in Toruń will have to return the subsidy received for the creation of one of the study fields. The minister named the reason for this decision.
“According to the decision of @MFIPR_GOV_PL, Toruń Academy of Social and Media Culture (Lux Veritatis) will return the funding for the creation of the “Media Informatics” course. A really strange violation – it was a necessary condition for admission to study. A certificate from the parish priest,” we read on the X website.

Father Ridzik loses another subsidy
Minister Pelochinska's decision is another such decision, as a result of which the Lux Veritatis Foundation may not receive the funding previously granted.
On December 27 of last year, the Ministry of Justice suspended payments from the Justice Fund to several entities. One of them was the fund managed by Father Tadeusz Rydzik, which was supposed to receive PLN 2,308,800 last year. PLN 7,178,028 should be paid to the fund by the end of 2026.
As the ministry headed by Adam Bodnar emphasized, suspension of payments does not mean termination of contracts. However, contracts will be carefully scrutinized.
Atonement on election results
According to father Rydzik, “what happened recently in Poland is the result of a big manipulation”. We are talking about parliamentary elections.
– And I think that these were not individuals who played in this theater of manipulation, these were organized, trained, financed people who were part of a big structure, big, as I call it, international. These are those who hate Poland, especially those who have faith in their hearts, are loyal to the humanist tradition, respect its heroes and saints – the Toruń monk claimed. One of the interviews.
