“Free Mariusz”, “we will win” and “we are with you” – these were the slogans gathered near Radom, where Mariusz Kaminski is present. Politicians of law and justice attended the protest. , the wife of the former head of the CBA and the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, Barbara Kaminska, her son Yakub and, among others, Michal Adamczyk, who was elected as the president of the TVP by the National Media Council.
– When Tusk first came to power, after cleaning the institutions, Mariusz Kaminski remained in office. It seemed that he would be the head of the legislative base until the end of his term. After the gambling scandal came to light and my husband Mariusz Kaminski reported it to the then Prime Minister Donald Tusk, shortly after, he was removed from office, against the law, as he is today. He canceled and people watched and did nothing! My husband was fired from his job against the law in broad daylight! – said the arrested politician's wife.
Kaminska also said that she is not afraid of Donald Tusk and will protect her husband “until the last drop of blood”.
Protest action in Przhituli
Another of the arrested PiS politicians – Maciej Wąsik – is in prison in Przituli Stare near Ostrolenka. Protests against the MP's arrest were also held in Turaj on Saturday.

Detention of MPs
Former CBA chiefs Mariusz Kaminski and Mackie Vesic stayed on Tuesday. They were arrested in the presidential palace, where they stayed at the invitation of President Andrzej Duda. PiS politicians were first taken to the police station at ul. Grenadiers, and then in the Grokhov pre-trial detention center.
On Wednesday, they were transferred to other prisons – Kaminski prison in Radom and Vesik in the town of Przytuli Stare near Ostrolenka. Before that, both politicians started a hunger strike.
After Kaminski and Vesic were arrested, law and justice politicians referred to them as “the first political prisoners in Poland since 1989”.
