There are many names on Croesus' list, but the ones who get the most attention are those who have earned the most. Among the top five people, only one earned less than PLN 10 million.
Michal Krupinski. Former President of PZU and Pekao SA, as well as former Head of the Supervisory Board of Alior Bank, He earned PLN 13,314,000. As a longtime friend of Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro, he was deputy finance minister under the previous PiS government. He also worked at the World Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Bartholomew Litvinychuk. The director of the PZU group and member of the supervisory board of Grupa Azoty made money PLN 11,744,000. Mackay Rapkiewicz. A member of the management board of PZU and a former member of the board of Alior Bank, he made money PLN 11,467,000. As a lawyer, he was a board member of the Stop Corruption Association and the Sobieski Institute Foundation. He was the co-author of the bank tax bill, which PiS used while in opposition.
Alexandra Agatowska. The director of PZU Group and former member of the Supervisory Board of Alior Bank earned it PLN 10,914,000. Her position at the company is largely tied to that of her husband, Piotr Agatowski, who was chief election strategist and political marketing adviser to President Andrzej Duda.
Michislav Krol. The former vice president of PKO BP earned PLN 9,755,000 plus a potential bonus of PLN 1,051,000. Since 1997, he has been a member of the Center Pact – the first party of the Kaczynski brothers.
PiS nominees still earn money
