However, domestic issues separate them completely. After arresting the president in the palace, after taking over the prosecutor's office and trying to ignore the competence of the president once again, it could not have been worse. In my opinion, this will be one of the coldest and most hostile meetings in Polish politics that we have been observing for a long time,” said Krzysztof Bosak, Deputy Speaker of the Seimas. The confederation appeals to all parties
Last week, the confederation proposed an amendment to the Constitution and the re-establishment of the National Council of Justice, the Constitutional Tribunal and the Supreme Court. Krzysztof Bosak appealed to all parliamentary clubs and legal circles to discuss the concept. The confederation will present details of the project this week.
– We are already dealing with conflicting decisions of courts and tribunals and lack of agreement on the composition of the main bodies, such as the National Judicial Council and the Constitutional Tribunal. The solution is simply to amend the constitution, Bosak explained on Polsat News. – Neither Strasbourg nor Luxembourg has the right to exclude anything in Poland, they have no right to exclude any court. It is not in the treaties, he added.
