As analysts at the Institute of War Studies point out, the current stockpile of missiles and aircraft, as well as the pace of production, do not allow Russia to carry out regular attacks on Ukraine on such a large scale as from December 29.

At the same time, the Russians can attack Ukraine more consistently using Shahed attack aircraft. In their daily report, the American experts also cited statistics on the production of new missiles by the Russian Federation, which was presented on November 6 by the representative of the main intelligence division of the Ministry of Defense, Vadim Skibitsky. According to him, in October, the Russians launched 115 high-precision long-range missiles.
According to November data, Russian troops had a total of 870 high-precision operational and strategic missiles in reserve, of which 285 were produced in August-November.

At the same time, according to ISW, Russia can produce its own Shahed-136/131 aircraft at a much faster rate. However, this is possible only if the production of these devices is established and expanded in the Alabuz special economic zone of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Institute for Science and International Security said on November 13 that even after a one-month production delay, the Alabouz-based company plans to produce 1,400 Shahed-136 aircraft between February and October 2023. And by September 2025 – 6000 drones of this type.
