Kaminski and Vesik were arrested. They went to prison
The former CBA chiefs, Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Wasik, remained on Tuesday evening. They were arrested in the presidential palace, where they stayed at the invitation of the president. PiS politicians were first taken to the police station at ul. Grenadiers, and then in Grokhov's advance division.
On Wednesday, they were transferred to other prisons – Kaminski prison in Radom and Vesik in the town of Przytuli Stare near Ostrolenka. Before that, both politicians started a hunger strike.

They appealed his decision to the Supreme Court, and the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs ruled in their favor. In turn, the Labor Chamber of the Supreme Court rejected Kaminsky's appeal.
After the arrest of PiS politicians, about 300 people protested in front of the presidential palace. The action was also held at the police station, and then at the detention center. There he appeared among others: PiS President Jaroslaw Kaczynski, who spoke about the “unbelievable scandal” and the “first political prisoners since 1989”.
On Thursday, a demonstration organized by Law and Justice was held in front of the Sejm with the slogan “Protest of free Poles”.
