It will be recalled that almost all texts dedicated to this author cite a certain director's disparaging opinion that Mrožek's plays are outdated because they are written in complete sentences. It was an honest opinion, however expressed. Deprived of context, it became popular because it well illustrates the problem that not only the latest Polish theater, the so-called post-dramatic, but also humanitarian and the general state of public debate.
