The executive court issued an illegal arrest warrant against PiS politicians Mariusz Kaminski and Macie Vesic. This means that they can be arrested and imprisoned at any time
The case of Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Vesik was taken over by a new judge of the executive department of the court today – the previous judge was on sick leave and is now on vacation.
The new judge, Mr. Trebski (who belongs to the politicized Justita Association), “accepted” the request of Kaminski's and Vesic's defense attorneys to suspend or postpone the execution of the sentence. These applications were rejected without even accessing the files
After that, an order was issued to carry out the sentence, and an “order to bring people to the penitentiary units” was immediately prepared. Now, the moment those warrants are handed over to the police will determine the arrest of Kaminski and Vesik.
