Rafal Bednarek has joined the communications team at dfusion, a PR and image consulting agency, as an account director managing the B2B team and developing the public affairs area. Łukasz Łyczkowski and Piotr Krzesinski were also promoted to Account Director positions.
Bednarek was recently associated with, among others, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, where he served as Deputy Director of the Operations Office. Before that, he worked at Grayling Poland and a partner of promotion agencies. He was also responsible, among others, for the viaTOLL system or the communication of companies such as Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe “Porty Lotnicze”, PGNiG, Stalexport Group, Union Investment and HB Reavis. Implemented communication projects for the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish Industrial Development Agency.

Łukasz Łyczkowski has been associated with dfusion communication since April 2021. Until now, he coordinated activities for the Uber and Uber Eats brands and supported communications for Samsung's corporate and home appliances divisions. As Account Director, he will be responsible for coordinating the work of individual client teams as well as agency development in the areas of consumer technical, corporate and crisis communications.
In the past, he has been associated with, among others, the agencies Hill & Knowlton, Havas PR and Havas Sports & Entertainment, where he has implemented projects including: for clients such as Huawei, T-Mobile, Adidas, Reebok, Coca-Cola and Canal+. On a daily basis, he also supports the media activities of Jan Blachowicz – former UFC lightweight world champion.
Piotr Krzesinski has been on the dfusion communications board since December 2019. He developed projects for Microsoft: Surface and Xbox, as well as ESL, Uber in the CEE markets, and also conducted communication activities for the Memory Department and Central Eastern Europe. Samsung brand. With his promotion, he will develop a portfolio of clients in the lifestyle and consumer technology areas. It is the winner of the Gold Paper Clip in the Covid Response category for the Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2020 project. In the past, he was associated with, among others, BrandLab, Labcon, Polhem agencies, where he coordinated communication projects: Nike, Bang & Olufsen, Eve sleep, Adidas, Frugo.
