As a newly elected member of the victorious opposition once said – “the fish rots from above”. This is true, although the saying does not sound like it, which is not surprising in the case of someone who maintains the existence of the “Six Kings” feast. However, there is a grain of truth in this, as in all errors. Today, during Covid, various things are coming out of the pandemic closet, showing us what was going on under the skin, how important decisions were made and – most importantly – that the system that worked so well then lived to see the current “new normal”.

During COVID-19, we were dealing with a pyramid of distribution of authority. Science, unable to prove its pandemic theses, relied on clumsy constructions of support from the authority of celebrities or institutions.
