Footage from the inside of a passenger plane that caught fire at Tokyo airport has surfaced online. Panic screams of passengers can be heard in one of them. It is also known that there are fatalities – this is the crew of another plane that the Airbus crashed into. The participants of the event talked about the accident and effective evacuation, thanks to which 379 people were saved.

Footage from inside a burning plane in Tokyo
The incident happened on Tuesday, January 2. Japan Airlines passenger plane after admission Haneda Airport in Tokyo started burning. Airbus A350 was flying from Shin-Chito Airport to Hokkaido. Recordings have also surfaced online showing what was happening on the plane at the time. Videos taken by one of the plane's passengers appeared on Platform X. “I thought I was going to die,” he captioned the video he posted.
SkyNews has already talked to the participants of the accident and they talked about the horror they experienced. Experts, on the other hand, note that the evacuation operation was carried out very well.
– The smoke in the cabin stung like hell. It was hell. We had no idea where we were going, so we ran outside. It was chaos, one passenger told SkyNews. Former airline pilot Roger Whitefield emphasized that 379 people survived thanks to effective evacuation. – The evacuation of all the passengers of the plane is amazing. It's a miracle the crew got everyone out, he said.
We remind you that shortly after the incident, the Japanese agency NHK reported that a collision with another plane may have occurred while approaching the landing. Police have already confirmed that five crew members of a Japanese coast guard plane that collided with a passenger plane have died. Only the pilot survived and managed to get out of the car.
There is another tragic story behind this accident – the Coast Guard plane was going to deliver humanitarian aid to the victims. An earthquake occurred in Japan on January 1. Services are still investigating the detailed circumstances of the incident.
