A car is mostly unnecessary, as there are no roads on Indian Creek, except for one fairly narrow ring that skirts the shores of the island and ends in a dead end. It serves the owners as the only access to the residences located here. Also vendors to deliver your purchases as there are no shops, cafes or restaurants on the island. This did not prevent this small street from becoming one of the most expensive streets in the world, considering that in 2022 the average price of a house here was 2 million USD.
