– Today in the prosecutor's office we have a situation related to the violation of art. 7 of the Constitution, i.e. state authorities act on the basis of the law – said Jaroslaw Kaczynski in Warsaw on Sunday. – What is happening today is an attempt to create a new position of acting prosecutor, which is not provided for by law, – he emphasized.
