This means that both politicians will not be able to participate in the voting in the Seimas.
Zakochimski also said that the Speaker of the Chamber, Shimon Holovnia, is considering the exclusion of both MPs from the next session of the Seimas.

Decision of the Supreme Court
On Friday, the Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs Chamber of the Supreme Court annulled the decision of the Speaker of the Seimas regarding the expiration of the mandate of Mariusz Kaminski.
Earlier, the Extraordinary Control and Public Relations Chamber of the Supreme Court made a similar decision in the case of Deputy Maciej Vasik. The annulment of Shimon Holunia's decision means that both Kaminski and Vesik are still MPs and are protected by parliamentary immunity.
The case causes great emotions among the current government and part of the legal community They claim that this chamber is not a de facto court due to incorrect dialing.
On Thursday, a notice appeared on the website of the Supreme Court regarding the order of the President of the Criminal Justice Chamber, Zbigniew Karpinski, who decided, in the absence of the First President of the Supreme Court, Malgorzata Manowski, that the case of the expiration of the parliamentary mandate of Mariusz Kaminski should be transferred from the Chamber of Labor to the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs.
“The materials of the above case registered in the Chamber of Labor and Social Insurance will be immediately transferred to the competent chamber of the Supreme Court, i.e. the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs,” the statement said.
