The portal Wirtualna Polska reported on Friday that the Warsaw-Śródmieście District Court officially confirmed the information about the presidential pardon of Magdalena Ogorek and Rafal Ziemkiewicz.
– The District Court of Warsaw-Shrodmieski, through the National Prosecutor's Office, received copies of the decision of the President of the Republic of Poland on December 18, 2023 on pardoning the persons mentioned in the investigation. The pardon refers to a decision made by the Warsaw District Court in Warsaw on December 6, 2022, which was upheld by a decision of the Warsaw District Court on May 24, 2023. – We may have such an impression, and if it is the use of one's own abilities, in fact, quasi-medically, to manipulate the human psyche, then I think that… I am still waiting for the reaction of the psychological community. In this matter – said Ogorek.
