Szydlo: A message from Lt. Col. Sienkiewicz

The former prime minister notes that wrong information appeared in many media after the announcement of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

“I don't expect much from heated “journalists”, but I was surprised that some media workers cannot read and understand the statement of the Ministry of Lieutenant Colonel Sienkiewicz. The statement says that I was dismissed from the college. Auschwitz Memorial Museum, and prominent “journalists” “confuse it with the Auschwitz Museum Board. I am and will be on the board of the Auschwitz Museum, we have another meeting on January 15th. ' – says Beata Shidlo.

Commenting on Sienkevich's decision, he reminds: “JI am one of the founders of this museum, and its theme – as a native of the Auschwitz region – is very important to me. I devoted a lot of time and work to the creation of this museum. Everyone who is interested in the topic knows about it. The board I was fired from hasn't even started yet, and joining it certainly isn't about making a profit. Therefore, Lt. Col. Sienkiewicz's move is just a small man's petty gesture.“.
