Orlen is entering a new market

Orlen's network in Austria currently includes 110 electric vehicle charging points (in 34 locations) operating under the Turmstrom brand. Almost half of the stations taken are self-service facilities, which are popular in this country, and 40 facilities are equipped with photovoltaic panels. Almost 100 facilities offer a car wash, half of the stations offer convenience store services, and about 80 have a catering concept. As part of the transaction, Austrocard was also acquired, offering fuel cards for private and business customers, accepted at more than 500 locations in Austria.

In the next step, Doppler Energie changes its name to Orlen Austria. It operates a network of 267 stations operating under the Turmöl brand. A conditional agreement with Doppler Group was signed in early July 2023. In September 2023, the European Commission approved the deal and found it to be in line with common market rules.

Currently Orlen has 3,439 fuel stations, of which 1,931 are in Poland and 1,508 in foreign markets: Germany (607), Czech Republic (436), Slovakia (90), Hungary (78), Lithuania (30) and now. in Austria (267).
