Polish clubs play in European Cups! Broadcast schedule of Thursday's volleyball matches
Three Polish clubs will compete on European courts on Thursday. The competition will start with players from ŁKS Commercecon Łódź. Then, the two best teams from last year's competition will play in the Champions League – Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle and Jastrzębski Wegiel. ŁKS Commercecon Łódź and CS Volei Alba Blaj will fight for the second place in the Champions League Group E table. So far, both teams have won two matches and lost two, so a head-to-head match will decide who will take the second place after the fifth round. In the last round, after a fierce battle, the Lodz team defeated SC Prometej Dnipro 3:2 (25:23, 22:25, 28:26, 23:25, 15:10). CS Volei Alba Blaj defeated Volero Le Cane team 3-0 (25:23, 26:24, 25:15).

Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle will face Olympiakos Piraeus as a guest in Group A of the Champions League. If the Polish team wins this match, they will retain second place in the table as the first team, Ziraat Bankasi Ankara, are unstoppable and have won all five matches played – Kedzierzyn have won two matches so far. Olympiakos is in last place in Group A after four rounds, but has a chance to move up to third place if they win the match against ZAKSA.
Jastrzenski Vegiel will also go to the away match, which will face CV Guaguas Las Palmas. Jastrzebie is playing great in this year's Champions League. They have won all four games and are the clear leaders of the group with a six-point advantage over Thursday's opponents. CV Guaguas Las Palmas, if they win against the Polish national team, will still be in second place in the table, if they lose, they may drop to third place and please SVG Luneburg, who will then move to second place.
