The continuation of “Cabaret Live” in Polsat's spring schedule is highly unlikely, “Preservice” found out. We have unofficially confirmed the lack of preparatory work for the new season, both in the station and in the cabaret community.
Polsat Plus Group spokesman and director of corporate communications Tomasz Matwieczyk did not respond to a question about the program's fate. On the other hand, Robert Gorsky from Kabaret Moralny Niepokoju, co-host of “Cabaret live. Young and Moral”, told us that he has not received an offer from Polsat for the spring schedule, nor does he expect it.
Conflict between cabaret artists and Polsat
Recently, “Kabaret live” was published interchangeably as “Młodzi i moralni” hosted by Gorski and Robert Korolczyk and “Nowy skŁAD” hosted by Ewa Blacznio and Piotr Gumulec.

Already in November, after finishing the recordings of the program “Cabaret Live. Młodzi i moralni”, Robert Gorski and Robert Korolczyk from Kabaret Młodych Panów announced that they are ending their cooperation with Telewizja Polsat. Korolchik accused the station of censorship. In October, Polsat stopped broadcasting “Cabaret Live. Młodzi i moralni” and other cabaret series, without giving reasons for such decision. Cabarets associated him with the political situation.
– There are probably some deals with the outgoing government that we have no idea about – Robert Gorski told “Presserwis” at the time. Moreover, before the election, Polsat removed the cabaret archive of the last months from the Internet, which was explained by the use of the station's programs in the campaign.
According to Nielsen Media, “Cabaret Live. Young and Moral” averaged 1.39 million viewers after three weeks of its fall edition, up 10.70%. In the overall 4+ group, market share was 10.17 percent in commercial 16-49 and 11.14 percent in commercial 16-59. These results were above the station average.
