Kaminski's complaint was filed by the Speaker of the Seimas in the Labor Chamber of the Supreme Court a week ago. The judge in charge of the dismissal of Vesik in the Labor Chamber made a decision to transfer the case to the Extraordinary Control Chamber of the Supreme Court, which last Thursday annulled the decision of the Speaker of the Seimas to terminate Vesik's mandate. Meanwhile, in connection with Kaminsky's appeal, an order was issued on behalf of the first president of the Supreme Court that the Extraordinary Control Chamber was also competent to hear this appeal. “In my opinion, the Extraordinary Control Chamber is not a court, and I am not going to hand over any files to this chamber,” said Piotr Prusinowski, president of the Labor Chamber, after the order.
