Due to the confusion surrounding the arrest of the former CBA leaders, the speaker of the Seimas, Shimon Holovnye, decided to postpone this week's scheduled session of the House of Parliament.
The presidential palace was surrounded by police officers. They guard all entrances to the building and also check vehicles leaving the palace grounds.

The court is waiting for clarification of the statement. “After handing over the warrant to the police, the defendant's lawyer, Mariusz Kaminski, filed a statement requesting a stay of the warrant,” said Judge Piotr Maksimowicz, the vice-president. Warsaw District Court in Warsaw in a letter.
“The applicant was asked to specify the statement, indicating: which decision is requested to be issued by the lawyer known by the executive criminal law code; Reference to the legal regulation of the Executive Criminal Code or possibly other acts on which it bases itself. request”, we read in the court statement.

The court also said that – for the purpose of enforcement proceedings and the possibility of violating personal data protection provisions – it does not inform which police department received the delivery order and which penitentiary institution the arrest documentation was sent to.

Kaminski and Vesik do not recognize either the court verdict or the decision to terminate the parliamentary mandate.
