Magdalena Roguska – Head of the Political Cabinet of Markin Kierwiński (current Head of Internal Affairs and Administration) – has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Security Printing Works.
We remind you that the necessity of depoliticization of state treasury companies, among others, was discussed in St. KO, Polska 2050 and the coalition agreement signed by the left.
“One of the priorities of the coalition will be the depoliticization of state treasury companies by introducing clear criteria for employment in management positions. The largest Polish companies must employ the best specialists and managers, not people chosen on the basis of party or family. Coalition parties. We will work together to establish the highest standards of corporate governance in companies controlled by the state treasury. to be implemented”, we read in the mentioned document of the ruling coalition.
Lubanuer: I do not know the competence of this lady
Katzina Lubnauer was asked about the situation in the morning program of Radio Zet. According to the politician, he is hearing about this situation for the first time, but maybe Magdalena Roguska had all the necessary competences to take the new position.
– I don't know the competence of this lady. Maybe he has them, so please ask Markin Kierwinski. I don't know the case, so I won't comment. Perhaps this is a person with very broad competences and this is where it should be placed. I understand that it did not go to the management board, but to the supervisory board, which is the owner, as I understand it, which represents the government and represents the interests in this company, Lubnauer said.
