According to the RMF FM reporter, the Speaker of the Seimas received a letter from the Prosecutor's Office, which included a request to revoke the immunity of the confederation MP in connection with the incident that happened in the Seimas building on December 12.
The prosecutor's office demands the answer to seven facts from the politician. It includes: public insulting of a group of people because of religious affiliation, insulting an object of religious worship, violating the integrity of the body and causing bodily harm.

The petition for Bosak's removal was submitted by the leftists. Marshal Shimon Holonia issued an ultimatum. – If the confederation decides that Mr. Brown should still have a place in its ranks, there should be no place for a representative of the confederation on Mr. Brown's board in the Presidium of the Seimas, he said.
