On Tuesday, January 9, Damascus-David made a surprise post on his Instagram account. As it turns out, the Polish volleyball player has decided to end his professional career. This may come as quite a surprise to a large part of the fans, as we must remember that the host is only 27 years old.

“I am extremely grateful for this wonderful surprise, thanks to which I can officially say goodbye to professional volleyball, which has been my life for many years. It has been a wonderful adventure that is the basis of who I am today. However, the biggest thing. The value of this whole adventure is the people whom I adore and although, at the end of the day, they are still in my life,” she wrote on the social network.
During his career, Damascus-David represented clubs such as PGE Atom Trefl Sopot, IŁ Capital Legionovia Legionowo and MOYA Radomka Lotnisko Radom. In 2013, he won the European Cadet Championship. In 2015, he won the Polish Cup with the Sopot team.
