On Thursday Donald Tusk gave an interviewwhich was broadcast by three television stations: TVP, TVN and Polsat.
The Prime Minister was asked if he could present a “round table” with President Andrzej Duda. – You may be surprised, but I cannot imagine sitting at the “round table” with Andrzej Duda. I suggested to the President a meeting on national security issues as soon as possible. This meeting is on Monday, St. 11:00. By the way, we will talk about my planned visit to Kyiv in the next few days, the head of government said.

– I will go to the President to discuss the details and nature of my mission when I am in Kiev in the coming days. For both of them, because the president was very involved in this, the situation in Ukraine and on the front is absolutely the number one issue. This is a matter of Polish security, said Donald Tusk.
The Prime Minister also drew attention to the fact that “when the crisis broke out… The case of Mariusz Kaminski and Macie Vesik“, turned to the president with the proposal of a “personal meeting to create the necessary space for cooperation.” – First of all, in foreign policy, security policy, so that we can at least restore this minimum space. – Tusk said in an interview given to TVP, TVN and Polsat.
– This is not about legal dualism, this is not a dispute between PiS and Platform or Kaczynski and Tusk. Here is the restoration of the elementary principles of law, the restoration of the rule of law. Either there is the rule of law or the rule of cliques. In a sense, we are implementing, sorry for the triviality, the “minus trophy” program. You can't even imagine what Poland will see in the coming weeks, – said the Prime Minister on the issue of the constitutional dispute and the violations in the state treasury companies.
