Telewizja Republika, according to audience research, is above Polsat News, it has become the second most watched news channel in Poland, and many people do not like this closed system. They want to have only one message, propaganda for Tusk, Germany and foreign capital. They want to change Poland, break it from a sovereign state and reduce it to a land that does everything the West tells it to do. For this they need one media message.
The Minister of Justice also commented on the action plans for the Constitutional Tribunal. Adam Bodnar decided that resolution might not be enough in this case. Do you think the government is planning to take any action against the Constitutional Tribunal?
Donald Tusk has already announced that strong people will come and they did, but the problem is that the member of the parliament from the United Right was destroyed. In my opinion, Adam Bodnar is a discredited politician. He has politicized his actions to the extreme, which further tarnishes him as a lawyer who says we are acting and looking for a legal basis. In 2016, the same person as the Human Rights Commissioner said that the Minister cannot single-handedly decide on the governing boards of media companies. In 2023, this problem will no longer be there. Bodnar sees that when they wanted to change something with resolutions, social resistance forced them to implement Plan B. We now look at their steps towards the Constitutional Tribunal. Any non-legislative form of change without the cooperation of the President will be illegal and violate the law.
