The Chancellery of the President published a video on the social network, which presents the international activity of President Andrzej Duda in 2023.
The video includes footage from the Polish head of state's foreign visits, including: to Kyiv, Davos, Reykjavik and Dubai, as well as footage from Andrzej Duda's meetings with US President Joe Biden and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky.
President Duda: We are not slowing down! We continue!
– 2023 was extremely intense when it comes to foreign policy issues. Poland often plays an important role on the international stage, Andrzej Duda said in the recording.
– We do not slow down! I will strongly pursue Polish affairs in Europe and around the world, especially when it comes to security, the president said. – We continue to work! – added.

“These Should Be Your Political New Year's Resolutions”
Sunday evening Andrzej Duda shared a New Year's message. The President spoke about the most important challenges facing Poland in 2024. – We are dealing with a new situation in Polish politics. The president and the government are from different political camps. This is normal in a democracy. But in a democratic country, the constitution, the rule of law and good political customs must be respected. Unfortunately, in recent days, the government coalition trying to take over the public media has broken these rules. For the first time in free Poland since 1989, there was an attempt to take over public media by force, the head of state said.
– Successive announcements of making important decisions based on the resolutions of the Parliament cause serious concern. (…) I call on the government coalition to start protecting the principles of the democratic rule of law and respect citizens, regardless of their political views. These should be your political New Year's resolutions, said President Andrzej Duda.
