Marek Sierok confirms to “Preservice” that he will no longer be on “Teleexpress”, however, when asked about his presence on TVP, he says: – I don't want to comment on that.

Jacek Gądek, a Gazeta.pl journalist, was the first to report that Marek Sierok was fired from Teleexpress. Tomasz Sigut, TVP's general director, quoted by Wirtualnemedia.pl, said that Sierok is not leaving TVP. “Editor Sierok's potential and extensive experience will certainly be used in public television,” Sigut said.

General director Tomas Sigut called me and I will continue to work on television, in the program with a new formula,” Marek Sieroki told “Fakt”. He added that television has always been his “second home, if not his first”.

Marek Sierok confirms to “Presserwis” that he will no longer be in “Teleexpress”. When asked about his presence on the TV company, he says: – I don't want to comment on it.

Marek Sierocki has appeared in “Teleexpress” since the mid-1980s, presenting the music segment. In 2021, he replaced Artur Orzech as the host of “Chance of Success”. Since 2021, together with Alexander Sikora, he has commented on the Eurovision Song Contest semi-finals and finals and the Junior Eurovision Song Contest on TVP1 and TVP Polonia. In June of the same year, he became the co-host of selected concerts in the Polish Celebrations series, broadcast by TVP 2. from September of this year. Television Dwójka broadcasted the entertainment show “Rytmy Dwójki”, of which he became a co-host.

Sierocki also has a program on Radio Plus.
