At the same time, the authorities of the capital of Ukraine confirmed that as a result of the missile attack on Kiev Many residential buildings were damaged and infrastructure facilities. Russian missiles and aircraft also hit other cities in the Kyiv region and Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian Air Force said a Russian Tu-95MS aircraft and 16 Russian strategic bombers were in the airspace. As it turned out, one of the missiles fell on the territory of the Russian Federation – in the village of Petropavlovka, Voronezh District, bordering Ukraine.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, called on the Western countries to “decisively react to another Russian attack”. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine indicated “five steps that the West can take immediately”.
- Expediting the delivery of additional air defense systems and ammunition to Ukraine;
- provide Ukraine with all types of combat aircraft;
- supply Ukraine with missiles with a range of more than 300 kilometers;
- approve the use of frozen Russian assets to aid Ukraine;
- Isolation of Russian diplomats in capitals and international organizations.
“The terrorist regime in Moscow must feel that the international community will not turn a blind eye to the killing of Ukrainian civilians and the destruction of Ukraine's critical infrastructure,” wrote Dmytro Kuleba on the X social network.
